Using behavioral and communication team profiling reports, analysis and insights generated through an individual and team lens contribute to increased awareness of the strengths and limitations that exist within the team. Useful for resolving team conflict and building strong relationships. Learning becomes fun through an interactive and engaging team activities designed to create optimal self awareness and translate that into taking action as one team.

An action plan is created to enhance team performance and ways of working to set the team up with optimal communication and collaboration with the understanding how differences between individuals can be become their greatest resource.

Re-aligning teams

High performing teams need a high level of psychological safety. A pulse check is conducted through one-one interviews with all team members through the lens of psychological safety. Insights form the foundation of this one-day workshop where the team explores their current reality and identifies their desired future in relationship to the organisations code of conduct, values and desired culture.
